Week 20

At 20 weeks (four and a half months) the foetus is about 20 to 25 cm in length and weighs about 300 grams.

At 28 weeks (6 and a half months) the foetus measures between 25 and 35 cm and weighs approximately 1,000 grams. Vital organs like the brain, lungs, kidneys, and liver mature quickly from this week.
