Find a balance between exercise and rest. Walk or perform another physical activity up to the point where you feel pain and alternate this with periods of rest.

Over time, circulation may improve because new blood vessels and other small ones (collateral) that help improve the blood supply to the tissues are formed. Always consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
