How to deal with a seizure:
- Act calmly.
 - Protect the person so that he doesn’t hit himself, but do not hold him too tightly. Remove any furniture or objects that may be around.
 - Loosen his collar.
 - Lay him on his side (after he has fallen on the floor).
 - Put a pillow or clothes under his head to avoid him hurting himself.
 - Wait for the seizure to pass (usually occurs in less than five minutes).
 - DO NOT put anything in his mouth to prevent him biting the tongue.
