Reacting in an emergency

When an accident, heart attack or emergency occurs, reaction time is critical. You must first immediately call an ambulance or police.

If two people are at the scene, one should help the victim while the other person calls the emergency number. If you are alone, first protect the injured person and then seek help.

Emergency services will give you various tips that will help you better manage the situation.

The sooner you get aid and the sooner treatment begins, the more likely the patient is to recover fully.
