Stress is the body’s response to tension and everyday problems, and it has a big impact on our physical and emotional wellbeing.

To combat stress it is recommended that you:

  • Rest at least 8 hours to recharge and revitalize.
  • Maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
  • Do some kind of physical activity to help disconnect from day-to-day problems.
  • Read, go out, watch TV or find another activity to act as a distraction.
